Instructions for use:

• Loosen all Velcro fasteners of the shorter neoprene wrap and pass around your upper thigh and tighten and fasten velcro until comfortable.

• Wrap the other neoprene length around your hips and fasten Velcro until comfortable and supporting the thigh wrap in place.
