A re-usable gelpack and joint wrap combination, providing cold and heat therapy as required to the waist and shoulder to help relieve muscle aches and pains, arthritis pains, strains, sprains, abrasions and cramps.

LP wraps allow the re-usable gelpack to be held firmly and comfortably in place over the injured area. The wraps are made from neoprene, covered in soft terry cloth making them easy to use as they are strapped to the body with a velcro hook and loop closure.

For LP cold therapy the gelpack is placed in a freezer for two and a half hours before being appplied to the injured part of the body in an LP wrap, to prevent frostbite. It stays flexible at subfreezing temperatures so that it can conform to the shape of the body when applied.

For LP heat therapy the gelpack is microwaved in water for approximately two minutes before being applied to the injured part of the body in an LP wrap, to prevent burns.
