CUSTOMER EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Returns: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any goods bought from Support4Physio you may return them to us within 28 days, provided the goods are in their original condition including all wrapping. 

A full refund (including the initial posting charge, but not the return posting charge) will be awarded if we are informed in writing or the goods are returned within 7 working days to us, from the day after you received the goods.

A partial refund (excluding postage) will be awarded if the goods are returned to us in a longer time period than 7 working days.

Exchanges: Are processed immediately upon receipt of the return and no additional postage charge will be made for the first exchange request.

When making a return please include the original invoice making your request for a refund or exchange clear.

Support4Physio cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. We recommend using a recorded service for greater security. When returning an item we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge.
