CUSTOMER EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Returns: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any goods bought from Support 4 Physio you may return them to us within 28 days, provided the goods are in their original condition including all wrapping. 

A full refund (including the initial posting charge, but not the return posting charge) will be awarded if we are informed in writing or the goods are returned within 7 working days to us, from the day after you received the goods.

A partial refund (excluding postage) will be awarded if the goods are returned to us in a longer time period than 7 working days.

Exchanges will be dealt with immediately upon receipt of the return and no additional postage charge will be made for the first exchange request.

When making a return please include the original invoice making your request for a refund or exchange clear.

Support4Physio cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. We recommend using a recorded service for greater security. When returning an item we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge.
