Customer Returns & Exchanges

Returns: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any goods bought from Support 4 Physio you may return them to us within 28 days, provided the goods are in their original condition including all wrapping and request a refund (excluding delivery charge) or an exchange (no additional postage charge for the first re-send).

When making a return please include the original invoice making your request for a refund or exchange clear.

Support 4 Physio cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. We recommend using a recorded service for greater security. When returning an item we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge.
